On December 5, the Israel Branch signed a contract with the developer Guy and Doron Levy Ltd for the 19 buildings project in Rosh Ha’Ayin, representing the official implementation of the project.
The project is located in the eastern city of Rosh Ha’Ayin, Israel, with an overall plan of 19 buildings. The Israel Branch contracted for the main structure construction, secondary structure and the masonry of the outer boundary wall of the project. The project has 7 floors with a total construction area of 47,000 square meters and the construction period is 18 months.
Guy and Doron Levy Ltd is a real estate development and construction company established over 30 years ago, with projects completed, under construction and to be constructed in central and southern Israel, building 1,000 new housing units per year. Winning the bid for this project further expanded the business scope of the Israel Branch.
