Recently, BCEGI has formally signed the construction contract of P1 project in the North District of Manchester Airport City, and it will take approximately 110 weeks to be completed.

The P1 plot, next to Manchester Airport T2, will be used to develop Holiday Inn and Ibis Hotel, with 542 guest rooms and total construction area of 16469 square meters in total. Among them, Holiday Inn has 8 floors, 280 guest rooms, and covered area of 10653 square meters; Ibis Hotel has 8 floors, 262 guest rooms, and covered area of 5816 square meters.
